FEE INFORMATION
Weekly Class Fees
Class Fees are calculated Per Family based on the number of classes taken per week.
1 Class - $22 per week
2 Classes - $40 per week
3 Classes - $58 per week
4 Classes - $76 per week
5 Classes - $92 per week
6 Classes - $108 per week
7 Classes - $124 per week
8 Classes - $140 per week
Additional Classes: +$15 per class per week
*Ultimate Dancer Package: Unlimited Classes for $130 per week
Individual students only. Does not include private lessons.
Additional Fees
REGISTRATION FEE - $40 Annual Registration Fee applies to ALL Students
END OF YEAR PERFORMANCE FEES
Performance Levy - $60 per Family
Performance Costume Fee - $100 per Class
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
General Terms
- Enrolment is presumed for the entire Calendar Year.
- To withdraw from a class, two weeks notice must be provided in writing to [email protected]
- Fees will continue to be charged until Footloose Performance Studios is notified in writing of withdrawal from classes.
- Make-up lessons, discounts & credits are not available for missed classes.
Performance Fees
- A non-refundable Performance Levy of $60 per family will apply and will be payable in 4 x $15 instalments. All Families will receive a complimentary copy of the Professional Performance Video & Photos.
- Non-Refundable Costume Fees of $100 per class will apply and will be payable as 4 x $25 Instalments.
- Performance & Costume Instalments will be charged on the following dates: 27/2, 15/5, 14/8, 30/10.
- Students who enrol after an instalment date will be charged the instalment amounts prior to their enrolment with their first week of class fees.
Please Note: While we do our best, we cannot guarantee that dancers / siblings who enrol in multiple classes will have all their classes featuring in the same end of year performance.
Payment Terms
- Fees are charged weekly via AutoPay.
- All clients are required to set up AutoPay with a valid Credit Card on enrolment and ensure that details are updated when necessary.
- Clients can choose to pay for the Term upfront but are still required to have AutoPay Setup for incidental charges (ie uniform purchases).
- Upfront payments can be made in advance on your account via Credit Card at the Studio or via manual Bank Transfer. THIS WILL ACT AS A PRE-PAYMENT THAT YOUR WEEKLY INSTALMENTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM.
- By enrolling in classes you authorise Footloose Performance Studios to debit fees weekly from your credit card every FRIDAY during Term Time.
- Clients will be notified if their AutoPay is unsuccessful. Students will not be able to continue participating in classes if the AutoPay fails for 2 consecutive weeks until the balance is paid.
- Students will not be able to participate in any Footloose Performance Studios events if their account is not up to date and there are any outstanding amounts owed on account.
- Footloose Performance Studios reserves the right to pass any outstanding fees onto a Debt Collection Agency, this will incur a 20% surcharge on the balance of the account.
Media Release
Photos and videos will be taken of students during classes, rehearsals, performances, workshops and studio social events. By enrolling your child/children you understand and give permission for these photos and videos to be used for advertising and promotional purposes including, but not limited to, use on the studio website, e-newsletters, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms and web directories.
Uniform Requirements
Correct Uniform & Dance Footwear is required for all classes and can be purchased online or at the Studio. Details about Class specific uniform requirements can be found on our Website - https://footloosestudios.com.au/uniform
